What to Expect at Your First Facial
A first facial can feel like a mystery. You are not sure what to say, what to wear, or what will happen once you lie down. Here is what a first visit at Heaven Sent Beauty is like, step by step.
Before you come
Hours are by appointment. You can book online or call 623-215-6084 to find a time.
You do not need to prepare much. It helps to think about:
- What you want from your skin, such as hydration, clearer skin or a glow
- The products you use now
- Anything your skin is sensitive to
Step 1: the consultation
Every visit begins with a quiet conversation. You and Jayslyn Tramp, a licensed esthetician, talk through your skin and your goals before anything starts. This is the time to ask questions. The treatment is built around what you say, never around a template.
Step 2: the treatment
Next comes a facial tailored to you, using professional, botanically-based Skin Script Rx products. Jayslyn sees one client at a time, with no rushing and no stopwatch. The room is yours to pause, breathe and relax.
How long you are there depends on the facial. A Customized Facial is 60 minutes, a Men's Facial is 45 minutes, and an Express Facial is 35 minutes.
Step 3: afterward
You will leave with a simple way to carry your results home, and an open door whenever you are ready to return.

The Services page lists every facial, from hydrating and acne to anti-aging, dermaplaning and more. If you are not sure, a Customized Facial is a good place to start. It is tailored to your skin's unique needs, so you do not have to choose a category in advance.
